Sessions
Support for the space between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.
Whether you’re navigating a breakup, a life shift, emotional stuckness, or just don’t feel like yourself lately, counselling can help you find your footing again.
I offer one-on-one online sessions, shaped around what you need, whether that’s a one-off conversation to make sense of something, or ongoing support as things unfold.

Come as you are.

The Check-In
A one-off session when you need to talk things out.
Sometimes you don’t need a whole process, just someone to listen, reflect, and help you untangle what’s on your mind.
This is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, at a crossroads, or just need clarity on something specific.
60-minute online session
Includes follow-up summary notes (optional)
AUD $110

Ongoing Sessions
For when you’re in a longer transition, or want consistent space to process.
These sessions unfold at your pace, we can meet weekly, fortnightly, or whenever you need to return to the work. There’s no fixed number, and no pressure.
This is for you if you’re:
Processing a relationship shift
Grieving something hard to name
Feeling flat, numb, or lost
Rebuilding after burnout, trauma, or identity change
Sessions may include talk therapy, creative tools, or body-based awareness, depending on what feels supportive for you.

FAQs
What can I expect from a session, and how many will I need?
Each session is tailored to your unique needs, focusing on emotional exploration, self-awareness, and building self-trust. There’s no set timeline, some clients find what they need in one or two sessions, while others choose to continue with short-term or ongoing support.
We’ll move at your pace, and you’re always welcome to decide after your initial session what level of support feels right for you.
Are the sessions online or in-person?
At the moment, all counselling sessions are offered online via Google Meet. This allows you to access steady, compassionate support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, wherever you are located.
If in-person sessions become available in the future, updates will be shared here.
Do you work with NDIS clients?
Yes, I work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients. Counselling can be a valuable support for participants seeking to improve emotional well-being, develop coping strategies, and align their lives with their goals. If you’re an NDIS participant, feel free to reach out to discuss how counselling can fit within your plan.
What if I’m unsure about committing to a plan?
You’re welcome to start with an individual check-in session to get a feel for the space and how we work together.
There’s no pressure to commit, you can continue with individual sessions or move into a 5- or 10-session support plan if and when it feels right for you.
What types of therapy do you use?
My counselling approach is steady, trauma-informed, and client-centred. I draw from elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic awareness, attachment-based work, and mindfulness practices, adapting each session to your needs.
Rather than following a strict model, I focus on creating a compassionate space where emotional healing, self-trust, and authentic growth can unfold naturally.
My work is also influenced by a background in Yoga, meditation, and a deep respect for the mind-body connection, especially in understanding the emotional impacts of trauma and C-PTSD.
Do you work with clients of all ages?
Yes, I work with individuals of all ages, tailoring the sessions to meet your needs at any stage of life.
Do you follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality?
Yes, I follow strict ethical guidelines in accordance with PACFA. Confidentiality is a priority, though I have a legal duty of care to report risks of harm. Informed consent is obtained before we begin and I engage in regular supervision to ensure best practice.
Is homework required between sessions?
Yes, I may ask you to reflect, journal, or practice mindfulness between sessions to deepen your insights and continue progress.
Are your services available internationally, and are they secure?
Yes, I offer Google Meet counselling services to clients, including those in the UK. My services are covered by professional indemnity insurance, and I follow strict data protection guidelines (like GDPR) to ensure confidentiality and security.
